Handstand & Core Strengthening Workshop For Beginners at Pure Gym in Leicester ( Walnut Street )

Handstands are an amazing exercise that require both strength & balance that can be achieved by consistent practice & working on the right progressions that will make you stronger.
Most of the time when people think about working towards achieving a handstand they try to do it against the wall hoping that’s going to work, truth is there is more to handstands then that!
In this workshop we will cover all the progressions ranging from very beginner friendly to more advanced.
Beautiful thing about calisthenics is that there is always a progression you can start with so don’t worry if you think you’re not strong enough to start.
At the end of the session I will show you some of the essential core exercises that you should be doing.
If you’re feeling a bit nervous you can bring your friend along with you to keep you company.
In the workshop you will also get a chance to ask any questions that you may have!
