  • the correct form on lower body exercises

  • how to lift weights safely

  • how to use weights to tone up your legs or build muscle

  • how to use weights to make your glutes bigger

  • how many repetitions, sets you should do for your goal

  • how to structure an effective leg training routine suited to your ability & needs



Week 2 – Upper Body Exercises & Core Strengthening


We will cover:


  • the correct form on upper body exercises

  • how to lift weights safely

  • how not to build too much muscle with weight training

  • how to use weights to tone up your arms & upper body

  • how many repetitions, sets you should do for your goal

  • how to structure an effective leg training routine suited to your ability & needs

  • Abs strengthening & key core exercises
